How it started: NFLstyle had the opportunity to create a richer, more engaging shopping experience that not only increased sales but also created a community space for football fans to interact with each other. The challenge was twofold: how to grow NFLstyle's social presence and, at the same time, drive e-commerce purchases.

How it’s going: NFLstyle now has an established a roster of assets to serving two purposes: awareness and conversion. These assets included fan style moments, giveaways, and engaging merchandise content to bring the NFLshop to life. We also partnered with influential NFL personalities to reach larger social audiences. Finally, launched a home-gating campaign to raise awareness of NFLstyle's offerings during COVID quarantine and cement it as the go-to destination for NFL fans and shoppers.

CONVERSION

Shopify ads campaigned around holiday, big game or playoff triggers to promote NFLshop online purchases. The content involved planning productions to showcase licensee products, shooting the products and designing content for meta collection ads

In the wild...

The team was able to create
a bank of editorial assets to
be used throughout the entire season because of their pre-season shoots. This allowed them to continue creating
new content, expand the expression of their brand
and inspire customers to
buy their merchandise in
an authentic way.

 

Since the launch of NFLstyle, the brand has seen a dramatic increase in engagement and followers on its social channels, particularly on Instagram. NFLstyle had built an authentic community of NFL fans and shoppers who were eager to interact and be involved in the brand. More importantly, Shopify has seen a steady increase in e-commerce since the launch.
